Accessibility at The Festival

There is a lift at the main entrance of City Hall to access the foyer and Lower Hall. Please ask for assistance if you need to use the lift.

There is a lift to the Upper Floor, via the Lower Hall. Please ask at the Box Office for help accessing the lift.

There are 3 steps up to Ferrier Hall (Cafe) and 4 steps up to Making Stage in the Assembly Hall.

Guide & Hearing Dogs are welcome. Carer/Assistant enters event free of charge.

Chairs are situated throughout the event.

Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance if needed.

Directions

City Hall is the focal point of the civic centre, at the very heart of the city. The National Museum and Gallery of Wales is adjacent and many city landmarks are within a few minutes' walk, such as Cardiff Castle, the New Theatre and the Millennium Stadium.

Parking

Parking is available in the Civic Centre avenues surrounding City Hall on a pay and display basis.

Alternatively, parking is available in the NCP Car Parks situated around Cardiff (www.ncp.co.uk). The closest to City Hall and within walking distance are:

City Hall is off the A470 North Road and Boulevard de Nantes.
